Step-by-Step Guide to Pair Igloohome Smart Lock with App & Iglooconnect
Just bought an Igloohome smart lock and wondering how to set it up with your phone? Follow these simple steps to pair your lock with the Igloohome app. Whether you’re a homeowner using it for personal use or a property manager handling multiple locks and need to connect all those with you service providers, this guide has you covered.
(Homeowners: If you’re pairing for personal use, the first two steps are enough for you!)
Step 1: Create an Igloohome Account
- Download the Igloohome App from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Open the app and sign up for a new account.
Step 2: Pair the Lock with Your Phone
To Complete the pairing process your Mobile should be near to Igloohome Smart Lock’s Bluetooth Range. There are two ways to pair your Igloohome Smart Locks seamlessly through Bluetooth scanning or manually by selecting the Lock’s model on App.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Login the Account you have created
- Tap the [Add and Manage] option in the menu.
- Tap [Add Lock] and choose the property or name you want for the lock.
- Select your lock model and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Tap the Product ID shown on the app and tap on the Lock’s touch pad.
- Wait for the pairing process (the lock’s blue light will blink to confirm).
- Once paired, give the lock a name for easy identification.
Step 3: Iglooconnect your property with Any service Providers
If you’re managing locks for a property:
- Log in to the Iglooconnect Portal using your Igloohome account.

Iglooconnect is a platform that helps connect your locks to different room booking services. It makes managing things like property bookings, rentals, or facility use easier, automate and more organized.
- Open the app and tap Iglooconnect in the navigation bar.
- Select Connected Services and pick your service provider.
- Purchase Integration Slots (1 slot per lock) or skip this if you’re using postpaid billing.
- Tap the ‘+’ icon, choose the lock, and copy the Exchange Code.
- Log in to the property management platform and enter the Exchange Code and Bluetooth ID to complete the integration.
Step 4: Add a Payment Method for Postpaid Billing (If Applicable)
- Log in to the Iglooconnect Portal.
- Go to Settings and select Payment Method.
- Add your payment details to enable postpaid billing.
- Integration is now complete!
