Definitions:

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Country refers to: Singapore
• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to HDDoor Pte Ltd, 601 MacPherson Road Grantral Mall, #01-13 Grantral Complex

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement has been created with the help of the Terms and Conditions Generator.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
• Website refers to Hd Door, accessible from https://www.hddoor.com.sg/
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

HDDoor Gate Trade-In Program

• Eligibility – Trade-in is applicable only for HDB/BTO (or) Condo & other residential main gates. The existing gate must be in a removable condition (not permanently damaged, welded, or structurally unsafe).
• Trade-In Value –  The trade-in value is assessed based on the size, condition, and type of your existing gate. Final trade-in value will be confirmed only after inspection by our team.
• Process –  Customers must provide accurate details and photos of their current gate for assessment. HDDoor reserves the right to reject trade-in requests if the gate is deemed unsuitable.
• New Gate Purchase –  Trade-in is valid only when purchasing a new gate from HDDoor. This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Installation & Removal – Free removal of the old gate is included when you proceed with the trade-in purchase. Installation is carried out by HDDoor’s professional team on a scheduled date agreed with the customer.
• Warranty & Services – New gates purchased under the trade-in program carry the same 1-year warranty as standard purchases.
• Exclusions – Trade-in is not applicable for gates outside Singapore. Commercial or non-residential gates may be excluded from this program.
• General – HDDoor reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this trade-in program at any time without prior notice. All decisions by HDDoor regarding trade-in eligibility and valuation are final.

Other Important Notice:

• Door closer must be installed to prevent damages from door slamming.
• Door, Gate and Digital Lock warranty (applies to manufacturing defects only)
• Use only alkaline batteries (Energizer and Duracell only) and do not mix old and new batteries.
• Batteries provided in package are for testing purposes only, please change within 14 days.
• Goods are remaining the property of HDDoor Pte Ltd until payment is made in full.
• For cheque payment, please pay to HDDoor Pte Ltd.

Free Gifts Policy – Hafele New Lock Series 2026

Please note that individual digital lock products do not include free gifts. Free gifts are only applicable for purchases of limited digital lock bundles and all-in-one Door + Gate + Digital Lock bundles.

SG61 PRICE LOCK PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Overview
   The SG61 Price Lock Promotion allows customers to secure current HDDoor pricing for selected products and packages by placing a non-refundable deposit of S$61. The promotion is available for a limited period only and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
   The promotion is applicable to selected HDDoor products and packages, including but not limited to:
   • Main Doors
   • Gates
   • Digital Locks
   • Door, Gate & Digital Lock Bundles
   • Other participating products as determined by HDDoor

3. Price Lock Validity
   The locked price is valid for six (6) months from the date of deposit payment. Customers must complete product confirmation, site measurement (if required), and installation arrangements within the six-month validity period.

4. Deposit Amount
   A deposit of S$61 is required to secure the promotion. The S$61 deposit will be deducted from the final invoice amount when the customer proceeds with the purchase and installation within the validity period.

5. Price Protection
   Customers who successfully lock their price will be protected against any HDDoor price increases during the six-month validity period. If HDDoor reduces the selling price of the same product or package during the validity period, the customer shall be entitled to the lower prevailing price.

6. Bundle Packages
   The SG61 Price Lock may be applied to eligible bundle packages. Where applicable, the locked price will cover all products included in the selected bundle package. Any free gifts, promotional items, or bundle benefits are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of similar value at HDDoor’s discretion.

7. BTO and Future Homeowners
   Customers awaiting BTO key collection, renovation commencement, or property handover may participate in this promotion provided installation is completed within the six-month validity period. Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation arrangements can be completed before the promotion expires.

8. Expiry of Price Lock
   The Price Lock expires automatically six (6) months after the deposit payment date.

Upon expiry:
• The locked pricing will no longer be valid.
• The S$61 deposit will not be deductible from any future purchase.
• The customer must purchase at the prevailing price at the time of order confirmation.
• No extension, renewal, transfer, or reinstatement of the promotion will be permitted.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   The S$61 deposit is strictly non-refundable once payment has been made. In the event that a customer cancels, withdraws, postpones beyond the validity period, or chooses not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit shall be forfeited.

10. Product Availability
    All products, designs, colours, digital lock models, and accessories are subject to availability. HDDoor reserves the right to discontinue, replace, or modify product offerings without prior notice.

11. Payment Terms
    Standard HDDoor payment terms apply. Available instalment plans and payment arrangements are subject to approval by participating financial institutions and payment providers.

12. Limitation of Promotion
    This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated by HDDoor.

13. Rights Reserved
    HDDoor reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the SG61 Price Lock Promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. Price Lock applies only to the original products and package configuration selected at the time of deposit. Any subsequent changes to product specifications, dimensions, designs, materials, digital lock models, or package components may result in price adjustments based on prevailing rates. In the event of any dispute, HDDoor’s decision shall be final and binding.

Important Installation & Warranty Terms – Hafele Combi Washer & Dryer

1. Mandatory Installation by Hafele Care

• Installation of this appliance must be carried out by Hafele Care.
• Any installation not performed by Hafele Care will void the product warranty.

2. Installation Charges

• Installation is not included in the product price.
• A fee of $80 is payable directly to Hafele Care upon delivery/installation.

3. What the Installation Fee Includes ($80):

• Delivery
• Professional installation
• Basic product demonstration (1-to-1 usage guidance)
• Disposal of old unit (if applicable)

4. Warranty Coverage

• 5 Years General Warranty
• 10 Years Motor Warranty
• Warranty is valid only if installation is completed by Hafele Care.

5. Pricing Clarification

• Product selling price: $999 (installation & delivery not included).
• Installation and related services are handled separately by Hafele Care

Note: Basic installation does not include supply or installation of hose adaptors, connectors, or additional fittings. These must be purchased as add-ons if required.

Add-On Services
$30 – Basic Hose Adaptor (if required for connection to water supply)

Specification:

• All orders are based on quotation followed by the technical specification of the products.
• Where wood or other natural products are used may appear slightly different in colors and texture between different units or from the website images.
• Additions and/or variations to the specification of the order will not be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
